Limited Warranty
VoiceLogic warrants
this product ("Product") against defects in material
or workmanship for one year for parts and one year for labor
from the date of purchase of the Product. If VoiceLogic finds
the Product contains any such defects, VoiceLogic will replace
the Products at no charge. To obtain warranty service, you
must send your defective Product to VoiceLogic (662 King St.
W. Suite 205, Toronto, ON M5V 1M7), postage prepaid, with
a letter that includes your name, address and phone number
and a description of the problem encountered. A dated purchase
receipt is required for warranty service. This warranty
applies solely to the original end-user purchaser of the Product
and is not transferable. This warranty is valid only in Canada
and USA. This warranty applies only to VoiceLogic products
purchased from or distributed by VoiceLogic, or distributed
by an approved Voicelogic distributor.
This limited warranty
is void if the Product has been altered or has been subject
to accident, misuse, abuse or neglect. The opinion of VoiceLogic
with respect to this matter shall be final.
REPLACEMENT OF THIS PRODUCT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY SHALL BE YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. VOICELOGIC SHALL
NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL,
INDIRECT AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF,
OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PRODUCT OR FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION ON THIS PRODUCT. UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL VOICELOGIC BE LIABLE FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER
THAN THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE
EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE
DISCLAIMED.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions or limitations
of implied warranties or conditions or of consequential or
incidental damages, so the above limitations or exclusions
may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
